B2C Sales representative – Tailor made Bioclimatic Pergolas - (M/F) for central region of Portugal

Considering its expansion and success in the Portuguese market, Conceptance Lda, exclusive distributor of a well-known French company of bioclimatic pergolas, focusing on tailor made and high-end products, including pergolas, sunshades, Carports and motorized blinds, is looking for a Sales Representative (M/F) for the central region of Portugal.

Conceptance is well recognized for its know-how, its speed of action (contact, proposal, installation), its accuracy and professionalism.

Job:

You are responsible for prospecting and contacting prospects in your area, making offers based on technical requirements and price grid, with a wide freedom of negotiation, and follow the clients' payments and satisfaction. You are commissioned on the gross margin of each client project.

Experience:

• Technical-commercial or similar: minimum 3 years

• Commercial with a technical fiber

• Direct Sales to high-end / Affluent customers

Sector:

• B2C clients

• B2B architects et designers (5% of your time)

• Expat market in Portugal

• Central region of Portugal

Profile

• A person with great capacity for dynamic communication, with great capacity for organization.

You have a real commercial fiber to close deals & contracts.

• You have sales experience in the same kind of markets (Bioclimatic Pergolas, carpentry/metal works, solar protections, Tailor made kitchen sales, technical products in the luxury industry)

• You are comfortable with the use of computer programs and 3D solutions ( Excel, Sketchup, ... )

• Interpersonal skills : persuasive, flexible, customer awareness, focused and self-motivated, with an organizational sensitivity.

Languages:

• Native or fluent Portuguese

• Fluent English

• French is a plus.

• Other languages are welcome.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Prospecting and addressing received leads.

• Analyze the leads provided by the company.

• Visit prospects.

• Offer the best solutions based on the needs of each customer.

• Prepare proposals with the designs through 3D drawings

• Negotiate the prices, quantities and discounts associated with the contracts.

• Look for new opportunities.

• Inform customers & prospects about the services and additional products offered by the company.

• Follow payments.

• Manage customers and ensure their total satisfaction.

We offer:

  • Contract Type: Employee ( Fixed Salary Commissions)
  • Annual package : 35 to 45.000€ gross salary car (based on SMART objectives)
  • or Freelance ( Commission based)
  • Working from home with regular remote meetings and some management meetings at the headquarter
  • Training and support along the way will allow you to succeed very quickly.
  • Customer support from the first point of contact throughout the sale to the realization of the project with a personalized offer and adapted solutions.
  • Personalized and constant training on the products and services offered by the company, which in the future the commercial will autonomously develop the activity with all the tools provided by us.
  • Develop your B2C customer portfolio
  • Contact architects and interior designers
  • Prospecting, send quotes, measure, validate orders and track until installment.
  • Training on our methods and our products (in Portugal and France).
