CPR with no employment and Saudi Iqama

We are a British family with Saudi Iqama. Husband working in Saudi. Wife and children recently relocated to Bahrain.

Can wife (no employment in Bahrain and holder of Saudi Iqama) apply for CPR?

Full CPR, no.

You can apply for a so called paper CPR that will allow you to do some things that residents but not others (e.g. banking etc).

It is a 6 month renewable permit.  See the link:

What are the main differences between the 2 (paper Vs full CPR)?

With a paper CPR can you open bank account, register children in school, apply for a driving license,....or not?

Schools yes.  In all of the rest, you will face problems.
