Can i go to the netherlands on a holiday visa, then while in on holiday go and apply for jobs and once i get one or get a contract go and apply for a work visa/ work permit?

Please help, nobody has been able to give me an answer.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Basically, no, nobody can employ you unless you have a BSN number; having that number is indicative to any future employer that you are in the Netherlands with an appropriate work visa. Tourists don't get BSN numbers; there is nothing stopping you from coming to the Netherlands and looking for work, but you will have to leave to begin the process; this link will take you to the Dutch Government website where they explain about work permits.
