Non-compoundable summon by PDRM

Hi guys,

I have been issued a non-compoundable summon by PDRM recently for talking on phone while driving and has been asked to settle it in the court, has anyone faced this and can help me with the whole process in court?

Thanks

Im not clear what you are asking. Are you saying there is no money due on the summons but your appearance in court is required? If so, then just go on the stated date and the judge will hear your testimony and reasons and make a decision which may or may not include money. I cant see that you would need a lawyer if that is part of your worry.

Hi CVCO,

Thanks for your reply, I have checked with locals and they say the same thing as suggested by you, one thing I wanted to check is that do we have to bring some extra documents like address proof, employment contract etc to court on hearing date considering we are expat, or just passport will suffice.
