Hi, I am a Vietnamese expat working in Poland for almost 2 years.
Is there anyone knowing what I should do before (and after) returning to my home country (in 3 months) in order to claim the tax contribution during my working time in Poland?

Not really, why pay a lawyer?
You need to contact the tax office.
