Can l give apply passport and give it to police as my Identity or they can use it to deport as l was working in Germany for 1year 5 months  with duldung please help

It is not clear from your post what your question actually is.
Your passport can of course be used as ID document.
If you worked illegally, expect problems!

Hi Terry,
usually the status Duldung are provided to Foreigners for limited period ranging from days to maximum 6 months during which time the State will not deport you.
There could've been many reasons to provide you with that duldung status.
- ie the most well known is Asylum - fear for your life - ie you were a  Vice President and could be executed for political reasons by the despotic president that stayed in power after having lost in a election
- became  critically sick on a connection flight and cannot travel
- are a foreign minor under 18 that need to complete school
- are a student under 21 and got admitted to a university
- were engaged to a German and gets married imminently
-are already married to a person with a residence permit.
...etc.

This "duldung" status in Germany is equatable to being an "untouchable" in India albeit it only for a very limited time in Germany. Somebody that is "Duldet" are not entitled to social support and cannot vote.

If you received a belehrungsnotiz it is simply an indication that your status have probably expired and you have to renew it and not necessarily that you are already hunted dead or alive. Usually you should simply go to the ausländeramt, with your valid passport, proof of work, etc and  admit that you will not forget again and renew the duldung in your passport as per the given interval. Be absolutely honest. Avoid crying or begging since it is also misused by criminals.
Unfortunately for you, "forgetting" is probably an argument used most often by people guilty of misdemeanours so don't even think of trying that one also. so expect a little bit more wind than your last visit.

Based on your existing qualifications you are allowed to work immediately during the duldung if you have a degree and earn at least 43k, or qualify to study, get a job from the German military, or applied for a voluntary social year (help at Hospital, a nursing home, mental institution, ambulance and rescue service, etc.), applied apprenticeship

if not one of the above , For the first 3 months you are generally not allowed to work, but the city official can make exceptions. After that, if your duldung is extended , and if you have completed a basic German speaking and have a skill in a area of official shortages (Phycisist, Chemist , Geologist, Biologist etc.) and earn at least 38k-  you can also working during being Duldet up until a maximum of 1 year 6 months after which you become entitled to a "aufenhaltgenehmigung" /residence permit. There is a large number of work that you are allowed to do (but the job has to be documented explicitly in the Duldung and authorised by the city official.
The only job exception that you are explicitly not allowed to do with a tolerated status (duldung) are hourly worker and temp workers (ie when you are not paid a fixed salary or are loaned to another company (zeit oder leih arbeit), since this is unfair competition for local inhabitants and it is socially understandable that this is excluded to protect them.

So in your case, having worked for 1  year 5 months under the above conditions, you created more hassle for yourself by not renewing your duldung periodically. Don't delay 1 day more, get an appointment asap with the ausländeramt to help you find a solution. delaying/hiding/ignoring will only cause more harm, even if you are that close.
