Type of Accommodation to satisfy Resident Permit

MeeraPrasad

Hello All,
I am bit confused about accommodation type(Sharing room, monolocale etc. )
I am working at Milan and have applied for Permesso di Soggiorno for EU Blue Card.
Are there any restriction or regulation to rent specific type of accommodation for me to qualify Resident permit?
Whether it should be monolocale? whether the Resident Permit- also qualify me to accomodate a private sharing room?
  Thanks for your insights!

The type of property isnt that important - but you must have a rental contract signed and registered at the Agenzia delle Entrate, otherwise you wont make any progress.

That means I need not worry about "Il certificato di idoneità alloggiativa"(The certificate of suitability for housing) atleast when the rented home is for me alone?

I am aware of Rent agreement and its Registration. But not majority of the Owners and Rent agencies know about "Il certificato di idoneità alloggiativa"
