Renegotiating contracts in Bahrain

Hi expats, i would like to get advise on how to go around with renegotiating some terms in my contract, please advise according.
I blindly joined a company in January this year only looking to expand my expirience as a baker with other cuisines,after a few months down the line i realised it was not what i was expecting, my boss has not got me a CPR till today, according to my research the salary i get is way too low for the kind of qualifications and experience i have and the job is way too overwhelming.
i have raised this issues a number of times just to fall on deaf ears...
i fear moving around with no identification since she asked for my passport saying its needed for my identity processing but i never got it back.
someone please advise on how i should solve this in order to have the rest on my contract term comfortably.
