Do i have the right to work in Germany

Hello everyone have a pleasant evening to all . I am coming from Philippines and married to Romanian national .  At this time I am just living here alone , since my husband is currently working in Germany . It is quite a struggle but still carry on . I have now my five year valid permit here . My questions:
1. Am I allow to go  to work in Germany?
2. What are legal requirements in working in Germany?
I need your help guys . Thank you so much .

Yes, you should be able to join your husband in Germany and work. But you will have to apply for a family reunion visa at the German embassy or consulate.  The officials will want documentation about you and your marriage license and likely require an interview to establish that your marriage is legitimate and not just a sham and that you don’t have any serious criminal or immigration violations. And your husband will have to be earning enough money and have a large enough accommodation for both of you to live without any social assistance.
