Hello All,
I'm from UK. I've been offered a job in Riyad in a private multinational company in a management position. Salary offered is all inclusive. Just wanted to know what you can expect as a norm in Saudi job offers.
Do the company offer Mob- Demob air tickets?
If Yes, Are they normally business class?
What is GOSI insurance and how much is it per person?
Do the employer provide a car, or, is it an allowance they provide?
Is there any caveats I should keep in mind before accepting the offer?

Usually if the contract is a "Family" offer then you get the below:
- Housing (3X basic salary)
- Transportation (Car or allowance)
- Mobile allowance/ Mobile phone
- Air tickets (Economy/ business)
- Schooling (up to 2 kids)
All the above varies from company to company
