Salary Updated in the gosi

Hello,

Ive recently heard that some employers update less salary in the GOSI so that they save some kind of visa fees or something.

I wanted to know, is there any way i can check what is my salary mentioned there?

They don't save visa fees, just the GOSI contribution which is a %age of your salary.

You can check your record at sio.gov.bh by creating a login and ID.

Thank you for your reply.

But i am not able to create login. It says i need to be a "advanced user" of the ekey login. For which i have to visit the smart card center and upgrade.

Yes, the GOSI contribution.  To reduce that amount they tend to update lesser salary or something like that.

Advanced eKey user is easy.  Go first and create standard eKey then go and give fingerprints to get upgraded.  Go to the sio office opposite radisson blu, they have a functioning eKey support desk.

ya. i have to do those things first to be able to access.
sounds like a lot of work.
Is there any other way the data can be accessed? May be by reading the CPR or something?

No. That data is with SIO. There is nothing on your CPR.

Thanks bro :-)

How much of an increase can be made to expatriates' salaries updation in GOSI?

It should be as per what salary your getting.
