Partial UWV payment?

Dear All,

I can see that if the hours one works pr week gets reduced, then he or she would be entitled to UWV uitkeering.

However, I couldn´t find a specification of how this exactly is calculated.
This is my situation:
I may in a few months get a job where I work 12-16 hours instead of 40, and I´ll not get a higher salary pr hour.
If I would be fully unemployed, I´d have the rights to 3 months pay, but if I receive partial UWV funds, will I then just get 3 months of partial payments, or will the payments stretch to about 7 months, because I won´t get a full monthly UWV compensation since I´ll be working?

Hi again.

Have you checked the UWV website?

Yes I did, but it wasn´t really clear there with regards to this. So I decided to call them, and they told me that 3 months is 3 months: If you would for instance get compensated for the loss of 5 hours, then your rights to benefits count for 3 months only regardless, so it´d be pretty stupid to claim it on basis of that.

Hi again.

Thanks for the update.
