Saled Commision not paid since last quarter of 2015

I am an Indian citizen working in a private group of company with a Bahraini employer. I am working in this company from last 7 years. My sales commission is not paid since the last quarter of 2015.
I was Regularly following up with the management in this matter and since January 2019 I have been pressurising them to clear my outstanding sales commission. But now the company's management is denying to clear my dues and giving the excuses that the company is in loss and has cash flow problems.
Can somebody please guide me in this matter as I am facing financial crisis presently and this amount of sales commission will be very helpful for me and my family.

For salary and contractual disputes, your only option is to file a case with ministry of labor.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Is it possible to do that, because he is a Bahrain employer and having some power in the Ministry level. As an expatriate I am hesitating to file a case against him. I have all the documents of my contract and even the details of my sales report from 2015 till now.
