Finger Prints for residency

Dear Expat.com members,

My name is Sajith,arrived recently in Kuwait.I am in the process of naturalization of my residency and as part of that I have completed my medical tests here and waiting to do the finger prints/bio metric data,My issue is that I have excessive hand sweating from birth and its very difficult to record or identify my finger prints.I had lived in UAE,Qatar before,where I had the same issue and also when applying for European visas.Every time the authorities use to waive it as special case and some times they take it manually

Can some one here had gone through such experience or heard of it,would like to know what the authorities normally do if the finger prints are not clear?
