Uae driving licence changed to Bahrain & Vice versa

hii,

I have uae driving licence and i want to change that to Bahrain driving licence. After that in future if i will go to uae, can i get my uae driving licence at uae with out any tests. please advise.

When you convert a UAE license to Bahrain, they will take it from you and send it to RTA. In a month or two, in your RTA account, the license will appear as impounded. To get it back, you are going to have to go to the Deira branch and pay fees etc (when you are back in the UAE on a valid residence visa). I have heard its a relatively simple process if the license is valid when you go to get it back. If it has expired, then you might need to go through the class and test process again.
