Anyone who registers on the site becomes a member.  If your friend wants to participate on the forum, he needs to create his own account.

He must create an account as you did

All he is asking of now is that... He was creating an account, and it got to a situation whereby he was asked whether if is an expat? He said yes, and their gave him form to fill and after he has done that... their couldn't permit him to stay... How can he create his own profile? Just a guidelines please!!! Because he is a world tourist, and he has been hearing of expat since, and he decided to have his account... that is why he is looking for help.
