Regarding schools, there are many international schools that are suitable to children from different cultural background. It is important to choose the school which has the same education system and culture of the comers. There are many in this respect.

Parents need to prepare their children for transition into a new school in Qatar in enhancing their cultural awareness to avoid any problems with the Qatari culture. However, there are no cultural shocks; nevertheless, respecting the Qatari culture is a must.
Integrating to a new a school which teaches the same curriculum of the guests is easy. This is the job of the school staff. Don't worry.
International schools usually teach ages from kindergarten to Grade 12. So, don't worry about age period.
