Dear Altruists,
Please be mentioned that I need family composition document to register in mutuality along with my family.
However, I did not get my temporary residence card yet, now just police verification is done and waiting for submit final application at 18th of April.
So, is it possible to collect the family composition document from the commune with only the annex -15 document?

You can check with your commune. If your national number is created, you can get a composition de menage. If not, you have to wait.
