from the same source 30 kg of sand is 2.99 lv or 40lv for a ton. so in GBP terms cement is about £2.50 sand is £1.25 it may be possible to get cheaper prices from a builders merchant if you can find one
Yes you can find a builders merchant. You can receive a 30% discount if you buy enough. However you must have them include delivery and unloading.
