Does anyone know how to bring a family to Netherland during Orientation Year visa?

Hi,
were you able to bring your family to netherlands while on your orientation year visa? I would like to know more about the process as I am also trying to get my partner here on the visa.

Dear, you can bring your family on orientation year visa if you have minimum 1 years of job contract and your salary is €1630/m. In addition, your spouse must clear Dutch language test in their own country and before applying for visa, which is not an easy.
The best and shortest way is to find the IND register employer where your monthly salary must be €2430. Your employer will sponsor your spouse and s/he doesn't need language test.
