I have been to several immigration attorneys, but their English is not good. They assigned a translator but he was also not great.

Can you recommend an English speaking attorney in Dammam/ Dhahran/Al Khobar who can help
me with visa/immigration/deportation/visa blocks issues?

Who has experience with Westerners?

Try Baker & Mckenzie (or their associated firm) - I don't remember the contact details. There are no such thing as pure immigration attorneys as there is no such thing as immigration in this part of the world . These are labor attorneys who deal with disputes and associated complications. BM deal with a wide variety of issues and usually work with large multinationals. So be prepared to pay a LOT of money (at least $500 an hour). Another options is AS&H/Clifford chance who are even more expensive.
