Jahangir shaco

Hi my name is jahangir khan.
I am 30 years old I come to ksa 2 years before to work in a saudi Prince house placed in Jeddah city of ksa.
I make the work contract between me and the Prince both are agreed on it and sign.
According to the contract my job was a house boy and waiter in the house.
And I have 1 day off in a week.
I start work we are all happy.
After 3 months the cook of the house run away from the house. Prince ask me to cook as well until we find a cook. I start cooking. House boy. Waiter job at the same time.
Then he told me yoi are only allowed 2 days off in a month.
I continue my job because I am a family man and I am the only men in my family so must work.
Finally I completed my two years.
And wants to go back to see my family.
Prince saying that I must stay and work until he find a cook ? And he is keeping me here against my wish. Ande not paying my rights.
If I speak about my rights he shouting on me.
And also he give me warning as well if you don't work I will create you lots of problems.
First of all I am not a cook. I cook for him 9 months he didn't pay me 1 riyal?
Second. I have contract witch allowe me 4 days a month but he took my 2 days.
If I calculate this days its 2 and half months Still he didn't pay me anything.
And he keeping me against my wish.
Is there anyone who can help me in this case.
Or tell my the way how can my problem reach to the higher authorities in KSA?.
I worked with diplomats embassies and international firm's in Pakistan.
I never ever seen person like this Prince.
Every day I cry and make dua allah please help me I will never ever come to saudi Arabia again in my life.

Fred

I gather there are workers' rights tribunals but a prince might mean they're toothless.
Local posters will hopefully be able to give clear advice.
Good luck

You can file a complaint at the Ministry of Labour and also with the Pakistan Embassy.  I don't expect much will come of it considering that this is a member of the royal family but visibility of the complaint might force them to let you go - as negative publicity is generally avoided by such people.

Unfortunately I know the problem.
Start with the embassy i Riyadh.
