I'm looking for a female masseuse that can provide this service for a man
LOL you know what country you are in? 
You can get massages at 5 star hotels or spas for men. One spa is called Shadow Lounge, which is a restaurant and a spa as well. They have Moroccan bath as well. A cheaper one which is a chain is called Enaya I believe. They have a few locations, and do haircuts as well.
If you want a massage from a female, you have to be living in a compound and have the number of a freelance female masseuse, most probably Filipino. Or, visit a friend who lives in a compound, arrange a female masseuse to come to his place to give you a massage.
