Hi, I wanted to ask if its mandatory to specify in applying for a final exit visa in Saudi in which country to go? Like, is there a rule to be specified which country are you going upon exiting Saudi Arabia?
If anyone knows please inform me.

They don't really care where you go as long as you leave KSA 
Some employers ask and make a fuss about it but that is specific to employers, not the law.
