I have a grandparent who was born in Scotland and I would like to try to get my uk visa. I have 2 duis (8 years ago) a armed robbery (9 years ago) which resulted in 12 months house arrest and a dui I got this year and received probation. most of the charges are deemed "spent" now, will this prevent me from getting a uk visa?
