Hello Scottish girl here currently living in America with my American husband. We are hoping to move back home.

The visa application is giving me a headache already. Can someone answer some questions for me.

If you have more than £60,000 in savings do you still have to be earning the income threshold or do you just apply with your savings?

My other question is we will be moving together so we will be staying with family or renting once we get get there so I don't have an address in Scotland yet. Do we just put that on the application?

My daughter and her family moved in with us and used our address in the UK when required to give an address. It was never a problem. I can imagine it being a problem if you have nowhere to live.
