Hello to all, I am going for vacation to my home country, my company hold my currently salary and my vacation pay.. Is that allowed for company to do this.

Your post lack details. Is it your annual vacation leave?
If it's you Annual vacation leave, normally after completing 2 years or depending on contract, your company must give you your 1 month salary plus annual leave vacation bonus as per contract.
But if you are just taking your own vacation not as per law or contract, then that can be a different story.
However if you feel you are being cheated contact the labor office and file a case.
