thats a good offer bacause you dont have any experience abroad and after you gain experience here in bahrain after your contract you can change a new company and you can demand a high salary. but for the mean time accept that offer and gain an experience im also here in bahrain as an architect.

1) Definitely get medical insurance.  As without it, you are exposed and 500 BD per month is absolutely nothing should you have a serious illness and have to pay out of pocket
2) The offer depends on how much more you are making and saving vs. your home country.  If that is a substantial amount, then go for it

However, keep in mind that housemaids make around 200 BD a month and have accommodation/food and medical expenses covered.  So it could be like for like 350-400 BD per month cost for a housemaid vs. 500 for a fully qualified architect?   It sounds very low to be honest.   But keep the above points in mind and decide based on your priorities.

The offer is a bit low. Here in Bahrain the average salary for Architect or Engineer without overseas experience is around 500 BD (Basic) and it will goes up to 700 to 800 depending to your experience. Medical insurance is a must here and required by Labor Law. BTW I am also from Philippines working in construction sector here in Bahrain as an Engineer with total 18 years experience overseas....
