Hello Friends.

Although I am approaching retirement, I am new to this game.

I have visited Andalucia many times over recent decades and would like to retire to here. I have visited the west area around Orgiva and as far east as Berchules. I think I prefer around that area, maybe Ugijar.

I would like to buy a house in a village, but have heard stories about unreliable estate agents and the like. Does anyone have a success story they can share with me. It would build up my confidence!
