I am young girl without much work experience and looking for a job in Oslo for around 1-2 months like hotel/cafe/shop. But it's seems like really big challenge . Is Norwegian and reference from previous employment important for getting the job?

I think they put big consideration into applicants who can speak Norwegian. But just keep trying.
