Is there a bus that runs between Merida and Santa Clara?

Hey.

I am in the process of buying a casita in Santa Clara, a tiny fishing village on the coast; several hours from Merida.  Does a bus run there?  If not, how would I arrange a ride?  Taxi?  Is there mail service to Santa Clara?  Fed-Ex, etc.  Although I assume there is not.  Please let me know, plus anything else a newbie should know.

Thanks.  Robb
