I returned from Malta 3 years ago and have  a nice apartment     for sale in Qawra which i may rent out if it does not sell soon.

Its currently with Dalhia  agency who i have found very reputable and have given me good advise unlike 3 others i used.

Whatever i can give you some advise where i went wrong and the dos and donts about life in Malta.

We all have different circumstances and of course i can only speak for myself  but beware all the  false offers of help .I for one was conned by an accountant,. The notary who i purchased the property is in prison now for fraud ( fortunately my deal was all legal!!!... quite amazing)

Its  small island and  you may get more help as you are married with children, but  charity begins at home...
