A quick question...
My new job contract is for 43000 DKK a month(before tax).
I am married (shifting to Copenhagen along with wife and 3 years old son and Company is providing schooling fee).
What would be the net pay per month after tax.
Is this sufficient?

Aadarsh

Yearly tax, based on an income of 525,000 kroner, wife isn't working, settled in Gladsaxe municipality: 173.948,40 kroner.

Housings are expensive, expect to pay at least 11,000 kroner a month plus utilities 2,500 kroner. Household 5,000 kroner.

It's sufficient +

Thanks for the detailed info.
I would like know, is there any tax return after completion of 1 years at Copenhagen.

I am planning to stay near around 5 years.

Thanks

Hi Aadarsh

The tax system is more or less like in India. The tax will be deducted every month and adjusted while the tax returns are filed every year. There will be some deductions in your tax if your wife is not working.

Cheers
