Where do most of the expats go to get there hair done. Someone's house or a Dominican salon. I am sourcing out the opportunity to open when we move there.

Hi Janet, it really depends what area of the country you are asking about. In highly touristed areas there are usually some "expat" type salons or individuals who work from home.
I actually had a tough time finding a place in Santo Domingo to get my hair done well for my hair type.
