bro, there are hundreds of districts under around 40 counties in istanbul that takes hours to travel among.. so again, where will you stay? it is important if you have easy access to public transport or not.
you can check internet for istanbul guides in several languages which also describe how to reach and open/close days/times, otherwise it will become a nightmare for you.
