Can someone help me how to get a copy of Data Flow Report, and Barcode? I am nurse and I have already issued an SCFS license card. Unfortunately, the company who processed my application for data flow & saudi council had lost the documents ( including my data flow receipt, saudi council certificate).

Dataflow notified me 7 days ago that they are through with my psv and filed report with scfhs. It's a week now, no news from them what next. I don't know my username but I have my password.
Someone pls help.
