Dear all
Can you please advise if there is any ladies gym in/ near Rehab or Azizia area, Jeddah?
I am asking for my mother who lives in Rehab, Jeddah. (I live in Dubai)
She is looking for basic fitness, nothing too intense.
Idea is to stay fit (of course) and socialize a bit (as she doesn't have any friends there yet).
Appreciate if you could help find a decent ladies gym in Rehab/ Aziza and provide their contact. Any other related info would be beneficial too e.g. membership fees/ packages/ any pick and drop service (since women can't drive in Saudi).

There is new fitness studio called studio55 in AlTahlia street, it's great with amazing coaches and my friend work there.
And they have offers now for limited time if u interested DM me.
