Rabies Vaccination in Mauritius

I need to get a rabies vaccination in Mauritius for my next stop which will be Ghana.

I have tried Doctor Jeetoo, the City Clinic, the Cental Vaccination Centre and the Medical Vaccination Centre. Apollo Bramwell Hospital is going to get back to me but they don't think they have it either.

Does anyone have some ideas or suggestions about where else I could look?
