Your inquiry is very broad. What do you actually want to know more about?
To start a business in Germany (or anywhere, actually) requires knowledge of local regulations, a network of potential customers, partners, suppliers, a good business plan, sufficient finances to survive until break-even (which can take a while) and, probably most important of all, good language skills.
And if you are non-EU-citizen and want a visa for living in Germany, based on starting a business here, it will become very, very difficult.
