I would like to know if i need a license for homeservice for permanent make up tattoo in Marrakech ?

Permanent make up tattoo ( lips embroidery , eyebrow microblading , eyeliner tattoo ) .

And if u know any friends who interest on it , do not hesitate to contact me . I bring all my machine n ink with me and i think there"s not many people doing it in Marrakech .

just go for it , I don't think it's necessary and if you have success then think about the license
