You might have trouble finding English speaking people living in Mexico City (at least expats that is). None of us expats would like living in such a place. We like the more suburban types of places (less traffic, less noise, less pollution).

But, you could consider using Skype (or some other Internet service) to interact with English speaking people. You could contact me if you like.  Lookup  Mike Bluett (San Miguel de Allende). There is only one person with the name "Bluett" living here so it will be easy to find.

In CDMX, including the US embassy, there are many US or British and other English speaking organizations and cluibs or schools.  Contact a few and see if anyone wants to join you.
