Is working from home possible?

I'm an expat, currently expecting (5th month) and is currently pursuing integration course. I am looking to get a job I can do from home instead of going to the office because I won't have such time.

Not sure if that's possible here in Germany. Any advices?

Whether you can work or not depends on your visa.
As I can see from your other posts, you are married to a German and thus probably came on a family reunion visa. In that case, you can apply for a work permit at your local Arbeitsamt. After that, you can pretty much take any job you like.
If "work from home" means freelance or self-employed, there are various other rules and regulations to follow - in that case ask the Arbeitsamt for advice about what you can and cannot do!
