I have very little qualifications , but I have experience in farming , baking and call centre work.

I cannot speak germen. Any ideas of what I could do for work in this area?

Without German language skills, your chances are pretty low.
There are no English-speaking call centres in Germany, and for baking jobs you need formally recognised qualifications.
If you are EU citizen, you may try to become harvest helper - though you'd compete with many Eastern European seasonal workers and the pay is dismally low.

Learn German..... That is a priority.
You *might* come across someone in class who could provide suggestions with regards to work, but first and foremost you need to learn the language.

There are virtually no English speaking jobs in Karlsruhe for people with no (or litle qualifications).

Sorry - but thats life..
