I am been selected in one of the reputed firm in KSA very recently, but i need to know that how long will it take to complete all document and other related formalities before the date of Joining.

Let me share my experience with you. I got my offer letter in October 2014 with COC and mofa stamped. And my visa got stamped after one year with the same offer letter.
Certificate attestation would take2 month minimum. Over all time frame would be around 2 month minimum. Please do not resign your current job unTill visa is stamped. Hope this clarifies you.

It all depends on your agent. How proactively he does the things. In most of the cases delay would be from the agent.
