hi all, could someone help me please and tell me what is the rules for visitor's if they want to get married in Holland. Thanks in advance,

Without BSN number it's not possible to Mary in Nederland.

At least one of the couple getting married has to be legally registered and living in Holland.

Interesting subject that I came across, if you are not a born Dutch citizen but you marry a born Dutch citizen, how does that affect your citizenship in Holland?

You can apply for Dutch citizenship, but being married to a Dutch citizen is no guarantee of it being granted. At least, that's what I was told many years ago (maybe it's changed?); to date, I've never bothered to apply, I'll reconsider when we move back to Holland to live there permanently.
