Grade 110 package at HMC

Hi
So far I did a lot of search and couldn't find any updated info about 110 grade. Any help is appreciated.

If you are a dentist then you will be working at Rumailah Hospital. Grade 110 include Family accommodation, family annual return tickets with paid 1 month salary & yearly bonus, transportation allowance, market allowance( not sure) and risk allowance, If you are transferred or assigned to any another location (location allowance) and 45 thousand riyals for furniture (furniture allowance you can avail only if you live in Hmc accommodation)
