How to get work permit once already in Bahrain? ( for my wife)

Hi i got a job offer in Bahrain so i will shifting with my family, request you to please update on work permit,

since i got the job so i have to apply for myself work permit & my family i.e my wife & kid will not require the work permit.

So if my wife after shifting to Bahrain wants to work then what is the procedure for it.

Legally she cannot work and if she gets a job, she will have to leave the country and come back on the work visa again !! She will also move out from your sponsorship

Agree with saimans above - with one small amendment.

There is no need for your wife to leave Bahrain and return, if she finds a job and the potential employer is willing to get her a work permit. A person on visit visa can change to work visa whilst still remaining in the country.
