My Honest advice to you is to have at least 2 years work experience on your home country. In abroad majority of the company doesn't have such time to teach you, that is why they prefer to hire the experienced one.

I got my job in Bahrain through recruitment agency.

Now I am in UAE most of the people here they apply through the internet and in most cases they went to many offices and submit their CV.
