Hi, is there a gym with a good range of free weights in Nairobi? I live in Loresho but am open to anywhere central to Nairobi.

At sarit center there's a good gym called the arena and also inside sankara in westlands there's a great gym especially for weekly workouts, if you want somewhere closer I would also suggest Lavington curve area.
