You could check a Chilean newspaper called El Mercurio, elmercurio.cl, every Sunday they publish a big suplement about real states, farms (fundo or parcela), appartments (departamentos), houses (casas). Prices of homes depends a lot among other factors, of the location, the kind of neighborhood, is is an upper class, middle class or...I have a brother in law who is an architect, Raimundo Silva,  with a vast experience designing buildings and appartments..if you care I can put you in touch with him, he has no less than 30 some years of experience...
